- Upon booking this villa for 5 nights or more you will receive 1 free massage (valid for bookings between April 1st, 2022 – Nov 30th, 2022)
- Mandatory extra-cleaning when stay is longer then 7 nights
- Water- and Electricity consumption included till a maximum of 25 KwH per day and a maximum of 1 m3 water per day. Over-usage will be charged, $0,55 per KwH and $8 per m3, this will be calculated at the end of your stay and you would be charged afterwards for your over-usage of the utilities.

The pictures live up to just what the property looked like. It was clean, spacious and we loved the outdoor dining options. Being able to open all the sliding doors and let in the breeze was perfect, and we enjoyed using the pool and palapa. We’d watch all the boats in the marina below head out at 7 AM each morning and enjoyed watching the tiki boats, jet skis and others coming in an out. The kitchen has everything we could need, and it was so helpful having the grocery service so we had some food to start us off when we arrived. No complaints here, but be advised there is no longer a weight room being offered. We knew upfront that we’d be charged for water and electricity past the main use of the house, so we only turned on the fans AC in the bedrooms at night, did 3 loads of laundry and one dishwasher load for the week we were there. Even with that, it was only $42 extra so no big deal for us. Jan Thiel restaurants are only 5 or so minutes away. We loved Brisa do Mar and The Pier.

House was absolutely perfect for our guys trip. The location isn’t too walkable to restaurants but hailing a cab is easy & it’s worth the view! The hosts were super responsive and very friendly. Thank you all again & hope to see you back at another property!!
