4 bedroom Caribbean home within walking distance from Nikki Beach

Situated mid-hillside in the desirable area above Nikki beach and Eden Rock and for most is walking distance to the beach. It also offers views over the entire bay of St. Jean, all the way to the ocean beyond Gustavia with gorgeous sunsets.

The fully air-conditioned main room has comfortable seating, a dining area and modern kitchen. It connects to the master bedroom, which has a Euro king bed, U.S. satellite TV and ensuite bathroom with both an indoor and outdoor shower. There are two additional bedrooms in a bungalow next to the living room, facing the ocean. One of the rooms has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a Euro king bed, while the other room has a Euro king bed. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom is a small suite situated below the deck. This room has a separate living room with U.S. satellite TV and a kitchenette on one side, a bedroom with a Euro king bed on the other and bathroom with shower in the middle.

Outside, the deck offers all day sun by the pool and several seating areas are arranged in both sun and shade. A cozy outdoor living room is situated on the terrace in between the kitchen and the bungalow with the two guest rooms and offers shade and is cooled by the breezes. There is a breakfast table out in front of the living room and there’s a more expansive dining room with an outdoor kitchen and grill under the gazebo in the far corner of the deck.

Villa Terre Indigo is perfect for couples vacationing together, as well as families with children.
