Welcome to the beautiful 3 bedroom villa Lao, situated in Corossol within a short drive from the beach and shopping. The villa is located high in the hills and offers the most gorgeous sunset view.
There is a double garage on the lower level that features a stairway that brings you to the main level. The living area that is inside the villa is separated into two areas. The fully equipped modern kitchen is on one side and there is a breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from the living and dining area which opens up to the ocean views and pool terrace.
Lao has a gorgeous spacious terrace that features a heated infinity pool, a cozy gazebo that is the perfect space for Al fresco dining and watching the sunset. The villa also has air conditioned media room and a well equipped fitness room for those who like to work out while on vacation.
The villa has 3 ensuite bedrooms that all feature a king size bed, U.S and French satellite TV, Apple Tv, ipod docking stations and a private terrace with a Jacuzzi. The bedroom that are located upstairs has a great ocean view, the second bedroom is located behind the living area and the third bedroom is on the lower level of the villa with its own private entrance.
There is small garden at the other side of the terrace with a waterfall which is a lovely feature. The villa also features a BBQ, Gas Grill, sonos sound system and Wifi.
Corossol is like the old St Barths and this is where a lot of locals of the island would reside. It is a beautiful fishing village and the you can see a lot of boats in the harbour when you go swimming at the beach. It is still a popular beach with locals and regular visitors due to its calm waters.
Gustavia is only a 10 min drive from Lao and is the capital of St Barths. There is a wide range of designer shopping available in this area along with plenty of gourmet restaurants and bars.
