Coco Villa has been fully renovated to a luxurious standard in the last quarter of 2015 and comprises of a large open plan living area with a fully refurbished kitchen leading out onto a covered external dining area and a separate lounge verandah for guests.
The villa has three large bedrooms; a Master Suite located downstairs with a SuperKing double bed which leads out onto the external verandah and two bedrooms located upstairs, one with a SuperKing double bed and the other with twin beds.
The property has been luxurious furnished with much of the furniture and fittings being specially imported. For entertainment, Coco Villa offers a smart TV, a Sonos 3 sound system and access to SKY/BBC international channels with free access to over 900 recent movies. The property also offers WiFi and local telephone connectivity as well as ceiling fans and A/C in all of the rooms.
A special feature of this villa is the grounds that have been recently re-landscaped to offer a beautiful tropical garden, with palms and an abundance of local shrubs and flowers. The grounds are floodlit to provide a wonderful, relaxing environment to enjoy the beauty of the Villa as you enjoy your evening cocktails.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for your assistance both before and during our stay at Coco Villa. The villa is beautiful throughout and we had a wonderful time in Barbados however, the description given on the website states the following: "a fully renovated villa" and "a fully refurbished kitchen". I am sure from our faces, your staff member who was there to welcome us, could see the disappointment expressed by us all at the size of downstairs, it was evident to see. With regards to the "fully renovated villa, I would question this as the sofa in the living area, does not present (on line) with a cover over it, there was no fresh flowers, the washing machine makes a terrible banging sound (which we did speak to property management about, and were informed, you were aware), the handle of the bedroom door (twin room) was loose and fell off again, you were advised of this, the guttering to the left hand side of the back of the property needs repairing, the pool sides needs refurbishing, the toilet upstairs leaks we were advised this was due to condensation , the BBQ looks unsafe to use and has a leg missing (although we were advised it was safe to use), the gate at the side of the villa was broken thus the villa was insecure and there was 4 deck chairs and as you were aware, we booked for 6 adults. I would like to mention the staff members that attended to clean the property, maintain the pool and garden were very pleasant and helpful, the property management team were also very helpful. I would like to make a suggestion in that the property currently needs refurbishing again to mirror the description you have online. We are due to be returning to Barbados late 2023 or early 2024 and would be more than happy to return to Coco Villa. I hope these comments are taken as constructive criticisms to promote your villa for future business. I am aware that we are due to receive our deposit, please can you advise when this will be refunded to my account. Kind regards Doreen Gooden
