Villa Searay Beach 4 Antigua. Set along the white sands of a private beach at Tamarind Hills in Antigua, the impressive Villa Searay Beach 4 is a wonderful find. This two-story, three-bedroom property is designed with modern style and yet is utterly welcoming with its many beautiful and comfortable interior and exterior spaces.
There are many expansive terraces, including one that sits right above the beach. This features a large, artfully designed sun deck with enormous sun beds. There is a charming private plunge pool and a large terrace where al fresco dining and outdoor cooking are easy and fun. Through the floor to ceiling glass doors you enter the coolness of the marble floored great room. An enormous, contemporary living room opens into a casual dining area and this, in turn, spills into the spacious, gourmet kitchen. You won’t miss one sea breeze whether lounging, dining or cooking.
The bedrooms are divided between the main level and the upper floor. The master suite is above and offers a private terrace with sea views. This is a king suite, as is one of the lower level suites. All have large, private baths and wonderful views.
Bedroom 1: Ground floor bedroom with a king-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, private ocenfront terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 2: Ground floor bedroom with two single beds, A/C, ceiling fan, ocean views and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 3: First floor master bedroom with a king-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, TV, dressing area, private terrace with ocean views and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, double vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.

Beautiful villa, with plenty of living space for a family of 5 adults (as we were), or would be fine for three separate couples/group. All facilities as expected, and assistance available from Bancroft and his cheerful colleagues (security etc/) as required. Two beautiful beaches (Ffryes and Darkwood) a direct 5 minute walk away (Ffryes from the boardwalk, Darkwood after 1 minute on the road) , but there is also a tiny beach in front of the villa which allows access directly into the sea if required. Both beaches have good quality beach bars / restaurants, and we found that we didn't venture far afield after realising we had everything we needed close by. Supermarket is a 5 minute drive away at Jolly Harbour, but be prepared for everything to be quite expensive (compared to UK prices) because so much needs to be imported. That's obviously not the fault of the villa, so no stars removed for that - it's just for information ! Impossible to fault - excellent holiday :)
