On the lower floor, two beautiful bedrooms are located on either side of the villa and each has its own terrace. Flamands Beach is just a 1-minute drive away. The bravest can walk there in 5 minutes.

The villa is superb - PROS - Stunning views, up-to-the-minute bathrooms and kitchen, just lovely. The location is so close to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Flamands Beach which is never crowded and always inviting - since the road is very steep down to the beach, we still took our car down to it. The villa is also a very short car ride to the great bakery. CONS - The approach to the villa, like so many in St. Barths, is a bit harrowing and we saw some vehicles could not make it up the road. Also, there are roosters in the Flamands area, where the villa is located, that like to make their presence known with hearty cockle doodle doos (not just in the morning) CONCLUSION: We loved our stay at the villa, recommend it, and would return.
