The Best Time To Enjoy Luxury Villa Rentals In Anguilla

Anguilla is known for having plenty of sun and little rain. The dry season runs nearly all year long! Even the rainiest months, September and October, is mostly sunny. In addition, annual rainfall is only about 35″.

This makes Anguilla one of the best islands in the Caribbean to visit, as far as weather goes. Although Caribbean weather is already wonderfully sunny and warm, Anguilla’s flat topography allows it to attract more sun and less clouds than the rest.

Although the hurricane season is from June to November in Anguilla, the chances of arriving during a storm are remote. In the end, Anguilla is an excellent choice for escaping those dreary winter days. Exchange your blustery winter blues for the blue skies of Anguilla!

Expert Tips:

The easiest and least expensive way to travel to Anguilla is via public ferry from St. Martin. It’s easy to get a ticket, and you’ll reach your destination in just 25 short minutes. There are two places to sit: out on the deck, or inside the ferry. Note that it’s best to sit inside if you don’t want to get splashed!

Otherwise, you can charter a small private ferry, to arrive on Anguilla slightly faster. These sometimes include transportation to/from the St. Martin airport. However, they cost more. If you want to forgo ferry travel altogether, you can book a flight directly to the Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport in Anguilla.
